Back home

Our traveling is over, but we still had one more Christmas to celebrate. Before Papa Turk and Memaw came over Saturday to hang out for the day, we ha quite a productive morning. Breakfast at Los Pinos, HEB and then Home Depot. Cash has fun looking at all the tools but was sad he couldn't play with them.

Once all the errands were complete, we headed home for a quick lunch and nap. Our guests arrived shortly after and we waited for the nugget to wake up be has been so tired since we started traveling last week. That has to be tough on the little guy. Cash woke up, we opened presents and played outside and enjoyed the day. It was cold, but Cash has a new hat that is perfect for this weather thanks to papa and memaw.

Our holiday was so fun and memorable. Can't believe Christmas is over.

Meeting more cousins

Cash was able to finally meet and play with Winston and Sadie!!!!!

Amarillo Christmas

Cash had his first white Christmas. It snowed early Christmas morning an most of the day. Knowing that snow was in the future, we decided to give cash his toy from us Christmas Eve so he could play outside with it. His new car has been a huge hit. He has been riding in it all week. Even in Bachans house.

The rest of the week has been a blur. Cash had a fever most of our stay here and has not been in the best of moods. Very few pictures taken. We fly out today around 1. Wish us luck. It's my first time flying solo with the nugget and I'm crazy anxious.

Getting back to normal

Some pictures from yesterday. Cash is finally soon more smiling and laughing. This past viral stuff wiped him out. His new airplane toy is from Citrus Lane. I love that place! The December package had a new cd, airplane and some yummy chocolate for mom :)

Trail of lights

It's back! I'm so happy that the trail of lights was able to get funded and return. It's such a cool free activity during the holidays. We bundled up the kiddos and went with the Shrouts on Sunday.

Rest of Saturday

After we met Santa we came went back to the house to wait for my friend Vanessa to get in town from Houston. When she arrived we were outside playing so we helped Cash with his cars. Once we were down playing, we went inside and opened her gift for Cash's birthday!! She is so thoughtful. She also brought a gift from my friend Megan. New pajamas!!!! Cash man sure is lucky to have so many people love him.

Dear Santa

I have been such a good boy this year. Remember how small I was last year when I came to see you? I was just a baby! Now I'm almost 13 months old and so grown up. I loved looking at all the ornaments on the big tree behind you. Those ornaments are so pretty! That k you for my sweet kiss and hug. You are so nice to all the kids that were waiting to see you. I think I heard you tell my mom that you would bring me a truck!!!!! That would be really cool. Hope you have a good Christmas and I will leave you some goodies to eat when you come see me in Amarillo!

Drained

Cash went back to day care today. First time since last Monday. He had a fever and cough all week. Saturday was his first fever free day. He has been sleeping a lot but seems to be getting back in track. This one left all of us spent! More of an update later

Los pinos in pjs and then park

Cash man was so tired from all the fun he had yesterday at Harpers birthday party. He slept in a little and then we went to eat breakfast at our favorite place Los Pinos. Cash had some funny bed head going on :) we then hit up the park to play. Wesley had a great time!! And so did Cash. Bananas are all the rave in the Poth house. Cash has two a day and would love more
