19 months

Boy oh boy. I think this has been a rough month. Cash has been super clingy and sick off and on for the past 4 weeks. He has been loving on Hank way more lately and sometimes takes him to school. We have an appointment with the pulmonologist next week, so hopefully we get some answers regarding his pesky cough that has been around since we went to the beach. I think he also has been going through a rough long teething period. Cash has been refusing his usual favorite foods and pretty much been snacking on small things through out the day. His appetite has disappeared as well. Cash's favorites lately are:

Hank

Watching The Lion King

Cheese sticks

Practicing using utensils

Almond milk

Riding his new tricycle 

Giving sweet kisses

We hope this phase ends soon. With Walker coming soon, it's so hard to hold the nugget all day long. Maybe Cash senses that another baby is coming soon... Who knows. We still see that sweet funny little boy every so often. He has been enjoying our outdoor activities and has been running around in his diaper the majority of this month. 

Perfect ending to the weekend

Sunday was spent on the lake. Ryan, Griff, Kurtis and Greyson went with us and it was a good time. The weather was a bit overcast, which is perfect for the little nuggets. We found a great place to beach the boat and hang out. The sand was soft and the water was so much warmer than the last time we went out. I wish I had more pictures, but it is so hard to watch Cash and make sure my phone doesn't visit the bottom of the lake. Greyson had such a good time running around and splashing in the waves. Cash wasnt as excited with the waves, but still enjoyed jumping off the boat and exploring the beach area. 

Saturday with the Ketters

We started the day with our usual date at Los Pinos. After yummy breakfast, we went to get Cash a "real" haircut. The lady was very nice and Cash did a great job. We are really happy with the cut!

After lunch and a nap, we headed to th e ketters to play in sun. We hit up their awesome neighborhood pool for a little bit and then finished the day with some water hose fun. And of course, we had to  end the night with yummy Mexican food. We love the ketters!!!!

We grilled yummy burgers while the boys played and ate watermelon! 

Best Friend's wedding and Father's Day

Morgan's wedding weekend was this weekend. It was the most amazing wedding I have ever been to. I so not have any pictures but when the photographer sends his to us, I will share. While Wesley and I were in Houston, my dad and Mary took care of the nugget. My mom was with us and hosted a beautiful brunch for Morgan and her wedding party. Here are the few pictures I have.

Beach with friends

We just returned from Port Aransas today. We went down Thursday and met up with the Ketters and Olschefskies. Overall the weekend was fun. Cash and I sat out for most of it because he was sick. Thursday as we were heading there, we thought it was just allergies. He started getting congested Monday, but it was clearly more than that once Friday morning hit. We ended up taking him to a pediatrician in Port A. It turns out he has bronchitis. We were still able to fit in some fun at the pool one day and beach one night, but most of it was spent either consoling the poor guy or trying to get him to sleep. It wasn't the best time ever, but we made the most of it. Here's hoping he starts to get better soon. 

Weekend with family

You can't beat those, right?! Amarillo was in town and we had a great weekend. Shopping, eating and relaxing! What more could you ask for?!?! We love them and miss them so much already. We are hoping to get up to see them this summer. Cash will love their zoo, Wonder World and Splash town!!! 

Aunt Jan bought Cash a new stool! He loves it. One of Katie's friends paints them and this one is adorable.
