Walker on the move

We brought down the push toys for Walker and he had so much fun last night pushing them around the house. The pics are blurry. I wish you could see the big grin on his face! 

Walker has been using the high chair so Cash has been eating meals at the picnic table. Our dining room chairs won't allow a booster (or at least the one we have) to stay securely fastened. Here is walker just hanging out with big bro. 

The week so far

Cash received a card and some money from Aunt Bobby and Uncle Wayne for doing so well at potty training. He gets to go pick out a new "treasure". I told him he has to share with Walker and he said "no way, my baby is small". Ha!

And this is Walker any time Cash leaves his sight. He is always looking for him and wants to be close. 

Sunday night we had a visitor in our bed. Walker woke up with an upset stomach and wasn't going back to sleep so he hung out with us. 

And walker's new obsession: the dog collars. 

Grandma's house we go

The boys have spent the last 10 days with their grandmas. 

Dede always takes them to the park. Their favorite morning activity. 

Is this not Wes 30 years ago?! 

After a few days the boys headed to Zsa. Zsa's house. 

Cash has started that awkward fake smiling.

To say I have missed the boys is a huge understatement. I cannot wait to see their little faces today. While the boys were in good hands, Wesley and I enjoyed having some time together. We went to a movie, my mom treated us to a fancy dinner at Hudson's On The Bend and we had time every morning to actually talk to each other before we left for work instead of rushing out the door. It has been a nice break. 

Lately

Walker's pinkey kills me. So cute.

Every day when we get home, we take walker out of his car seat and Cash comes over to say "hi, baby!" And give him hugs.

Cold Springs 2014

One of my favorite trips that we take. We packed up and headed down to the Frio River with Kim, dean, their friends and everyone's family. 

On the road we snacked and watched the iPad. 

It took us longer this time because we were pulling this big trailer. We upgraded from the usual pop-up rental we had the last two years. 

When we arrived, we set up shop. I loved our trailer. Definitely getting it again next year. 

Cash had his own "big boy bed". 

A huge flat screen and a DVD with surround sound. 

The next morning, Walker and I went on a run while others were sleeping. The biscuit and nugget don't re-set to vacay time :). 

We got blocked in by this herd of goats so we were stuck running this hill over and over until they moved. My butt is still sore.

Hey, it helps the kids sleep until 7:30!!

So so pretty. The weather was awesome th first day. Everyone had such a good time.  The second day, the water was pretty chilly so Walker didn't have as much fun and required being held all day. 

Here we are waiting for the crew to arrive. 

The camera went up so my phone didn't get ruined, but it was fun both days down at the river. Cash caught fish with Aunt Kim and Wes. we went on an "adventure" with Harper and Pam down to the waterfalls and Cash loved hanging out with JJ. 

In the afternoon after the river and before dinner, we just hung out in the trailer. 

Harper came to visit, too. Their trailer was right next to ours. 

Then we would head to Kim and Dean's spot to play and eat dinner. 

Walker would snooze in the BOB.
