Papa Turk and Memaw sent Cash this Michaelangelo seat belt buddy. Cash was pretty excited.

Sometimes I catch walker just sitting in front of his magnets clapping. Ha! Blurry photo. I was working at the dining room table and zooming in.

Cash is into this movie called The Reef. There is a race/fight scene and this is how he watches it every time. Ha! So suspenseful.

Galveston 2014

This past weekend we were in Galveston with the Kolanski's. Here we are all packed up and ready to go. All was well until we hit an hour set back with traffic by the airport. Turned our already long trip into an even longer one!

We passed the time by eating snacks.

And playing with flashlights. Cash was so well behaved. He talked the entire time!

Friday morning we woke up to a beautiful view!

And the kiddos were playing on the patio.  We were on the fourth floor and the elevators were broken. Yikes!!!

Our pool was awesome. Two beach areas, one shallow walkway to the "waterfall" and a mini lazy river.

The second morning, we loaded up and headed to the beach.

On our way to pick out a spot, we passed many cars that were stuck in the sand so Wes and Tom helped pull them out. We passed the time with selfies.

After setting up out area, it was time for biscuit to take a nap. While he snoozed we ventured out to the water. We were close enough I could see him snoozing in the shade. We looked for seashells and played with our sand toys.  Cash had a great time!

No pictures from the afternoon, but we spent it at the pool again. We spent hours there and the boys had so much fun. Walker was such a trooper!

Sunday we packed up and got on the road early. Over the trip Cash became obsessed with his mini "planes" toys.

And Walker snoozed on and off.

When we arrived home, there wa a package from Amarillo! A bday gift for Wesley and some clothes for the boys. I love the matching pirate shirts. It is hard to find pirate shirts and you know how much Cash loves pirate stuff right now.

We had a great vacation. Definitely will go back next year.

I sick mama

Cash was watching an episode of doc mcstuffins. It's about a little girl who likes to play doctor to her stuffed animals. On this particuliar episode, the snowman had a cold, so they bundled him up in a lot if layers and sent him to bed.

Cash kept telling me he was cold and holding his arms, saying "brrrr, I sick mama!" So I played a long and grabbed many layers to keep the nugget warm. He thought it was hilarious. He then made me get in a jacket, scarf and gloves too. This kid is a hoot!!!

Happy birthday, Wesley!

Another birthday for this guy...

We will be showering him with beer, chocolate and attention. His three favorite things. :)

We love you, Wesley!

Fourth of July

We made a last minute decision to go to ruiodoso with Wesley's family.

Wes is not a part of our Jon Hart Club ;)

Biscuit and me pre flight.

My neighbor on the plane

Wesley sat up front with Larry, which worked out well because we needed all the space we could get in the back. The kids were all over the place.

As soon as landed, walker went to bed. It was way past his bedtime. Cash had a good time walking around and checking out the house. Then Zsa Zsa gave him some glow in the dark swords. I bet you can guess how much we all played Peter Pan and Hook with Cash.

Friday we woke up and headed to the trail. There is a 3 mile loop and I took biscuit with me. He was due for a nap.

Harper and the other ladies went to the park with Cash. This place was so so so cool!! Perfect for the kids ages. Walker and I joined them after our run.

The guys played a lot of pool and ping pong.

And I had quite the little helper with Walker a weekend :). Harper loved playing with walker but it was also so fun to watch her and Cash play together. He kept calling her "my ha-ha".  Aunt Missy made a cool clubhouse with a large cardboard box and all the kids played in it.

Saturday we took Harper and Cash to ride the miniature horses. Walker and I just watched

After lunch and naptime, Melissa and I packed up the boys and went to the horse races for a bit. We stayed for two races and one large ice cream cone.

Walker ate like a champ all weekend.

And after dinner, I painted Cash's and harper's toenails.

And then they painted mine :)

Our view this morning.

And our flight home. Melissa somehow got walker to sleep shortly after Cash passed out. Kudos to her!!! I can never get that kid to fall asleep outside of his crib.

We are home and getting ready for bed. What a fun weekend!
