2 the Zoo!

Walker had a really good time today at his party. We are lucky to have such great neighbors that always come to celebrate.

I found these beach balls that were in the shape of zoo animals. And zoo animal straw cups.

My mom bought the most delicious cake and cupcakes.

Walker had a hard time during the Happy Birthday Song. I think the song was a little loud and he cried during the entire thing. But he was all smiles when he blew out his candle.

I promise he had a good time ...

More about Walker's big day

Zsa Zsa picked up Cash and Walker on Tuesday to take them to The Thinkery. It was something fun to do for his birthday.

It looks like they had a really good time.

On walkers birthday, I brought cupcakes to share with his friends at school.

And then we came home to open up presents.

He got more of his favorite Sandra Boynton books

And his very own Spider-Man Umbrella and sunglasses (thank goodness because he is obsessed with Cash's)

A cool garbage truck

Construction hats with head lamps

And a very cool basketball bath game.

And we were able to FaceTime Katie!!!

Speaking of Katie, she and Joe sent Walker the coolest set of tools. Now he and Cash both have a set!

We had a really good time celebrating  the Biscuit. We have his party this weekend so more celebration to come!

Walker 2 years

Walker 2 years!

Says- push and pull, duck, wow, whoa!, hug, Dede, hide, hold me, dirt, loud., me,

Likes the Hulk and karate chopping everything, endless alphabet, lollipops, TMNT, dancing, running around naked after bath and you are getting into Mickey Mouse. More of your favorites this month are trains, reading books (the Biscuit series or flap books), flashlights and sorting games

Walker,

There is this place in my heart that is just for you. Seriously! I just love you so much. You make me laugh and you drive me crazy. I miss you when you are at school and I just want to hug and kiss you when you are with me.

You are kind, independent, smart, mischievous and so funny. I love that you love Cash. You want to be just like him and I am so thankful you have such an awesome big brother. You will need him more than you know.

Some days I worry because you are very "spirited", but I am confident that one day, once you know what to do with it, you will turn that energy into something great.

Right now you are just learning and exploring everything. You clap and say "yay!" when every single meal or snack is served and you always seem to be hungry. You also say "mmmmmm mmmm" when you like something and will take Cash's portion off his plate if he isn't paying attention.

Basically I love you. One day you will understand that sometimes that's all you need to say. You will understand that deep deep down in your soul you love someone. And I want you to know that is how I feel about you.

Happy birthday, sweet sweet Walker.

Love,

Ma (as you call me)

Walker and Cash sport their longhorn gear every Friday.

Friday night Cameron and Jenny stayed the night. Saturday, Walker received his first birthday present! He played with this dumpster all weekend! Thanks Aunt Jenny!

Saturday we went to the game. What an ending---- ugh!

Walker loves Endless Alphabet. He is so good at it and hold his hands up and says, "I did it!" after every word.

Sunday was the usual--- bikes and lots of time outside.

We took a stroll around the block.

And then we invited Greyson and his new lite brother over to play. Bryce is only 6 weeks old. Look how huge he is!!!! He is also the best baby. I have never heard him make a sound.

Lunch while watching some tv.

After nap, Cash went to Greyson's house to play and Walker and I took Sophie in for her check up.

Things look good. Everyone asked how we were doing since losing Raley. They were very nice and extra sweet to Sophie.

Walker helped Wes in the front yard some after we got home.

One thing Walker loves is ice! Especially Sonic ice.

I received this picture from Christi while Cash was there playing.

And Walker was doing double time with his mowers.

Dede gave Walker his big boy bike early he is getting braver and braver every day :).

Walker had a pretty short nap and this was his face pretty much the rest of the afternoon.

Overall it was a nice weekend!
